1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Deduction Coaching website and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2 Description of Service

Deduction Coaching provides educational resources, coaching classes, and related materials for entrance exam preparation. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Deduction Coaching assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3 User Conduct

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the website any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable of any kind.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Deduction Coaching or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

In no event shall Deduction Coaching be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

6 Fee & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by Deduction Coaching. Detailed refund policies for specific courses or situations will be provided at the time of registration.
